After interviewing Chris, I knew we would work well together, and I wasn’t disappointed. He has a “can do” approach and gave me a very workable estimate for the large addition to our house. This included a master bedroom suite, dressing room, laundry-kitchen and flagstone terrace. He approached any problem with a solution and always gave his opinion with an open mind to mine. It was obvious from the beginning, that his subs respected him, as they were eager and ready to do their jobs on time and to budget. Chris and his entire team were always willing to assist with any revisions and I have established long term relationships with them all.

We selected A&I Custom Building to build a two-story detached garage based on a recommendation from a very knowledgeable friend in the industry, and it was the right choice. A&I took the basic sketch of what we wanted and turned it into more than we could have hoped for. They worked with us on the design and scope of the project to give us what we wanted within our budget. This required tailoring the scope of the job and they worked with us every step of the way. Once we had a plan, they handled it all and we were able to just sit back and watch it come to life. Every crew that came out was professional and quick and really minimized the disruption to our home. Chris stopped by basically every day and was always quick to address any questions or concerns. We knew from the start that we were dealing with honest, hard-working people and the results speak for themselves. The project was on-time, on-budget, and the finished product is amazing. I will go with A&I for any future projects and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.
